This free service is available to give a ResourceMate® library an extra level of safety. You can send us regular backups of your ResourceMate® data, via e-mail, CD-ROM or floppy disk, and we will keep that backup safe in case you may need it in the future.

To create a backup Choose "Backup Data Files" from the File Menu (Utilities menu in ResourceMate 2.0) to backup your data.

In ResourceMate 2.0 you may then e-mail and attach the rm.sqz file(s) that were created during the backup process.

In ResourceMate 3.0 go to www.resourcemate.com/contact.html and "Click here for Live Chat". Enter your name, organization and in the "Type your question" section enter "Off-site Backup for serial number ????-?????". When the chat is established, click on Tools, Send Files/Folders and point to your backup file (Data_yymmdd_0.rmbak) .
